Education program consists of 3 levels:

• Phase I
• Phase II
• Advanced

Phase I: Assistant
Duties include: Assisting Senior Staff, shampooing, blowdrying, applying color, etc. As well as inventory and salon cleanliness.

Phase II:
On the floor cutting and coloring clients, mentoring with Senior Staff and continued hands-on training.

Advanced:
On the floor, servicing clientele with continued education provided by Paul Mitchell Systems as well as T’nT Hair Salon Educators. 

Employees have earning potential of $30,000+ first full year on floor.
